Welcome to AlphaBee. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service.

2. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AlphaBee. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately terminated.

4. Third-Party Content and Attribution

AlphaBee aggregates and displays publicly available trading ideas, market insights, and opinions from third-party sources, primarily social media platforms such as X (formerly Twitter).

4.1 Content Attribution

All third-party content displayed on AlphaBee is properly attributed to its original source. We display:

• The username/handle of the original poster
• Links to the original post when available
• Clear indication that the content is from a third-party source

4.2 Fair Use and Public Content

We collect only publicly available information that users have chosen to share publicly on social media platforms. This practice:

• Constitutes fair use under applicable copyright law as transformative aggregation and analysis
• Involves only content that is already publicly accessible
• Provides proper attribution and links to original sources
• Serves an educational and informational purpose

4.3 No Endorsement

The display of third-party trading ideas does not constitute an endorsement by AlphaBee. We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content. Users should conduct their own due diligence.

4.4 Content Removal Requests

If you are a content creator and wish to have your publicly posted content removed from AlphaBee, please contact us at alphabeelabs@protonmail.com with the specific content URL. We will review and respond to such requests promptly.

4.5 DMCA Compliance

AlphaBee respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice to alphabeelabs@protonmail.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

5.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

AlphaBee offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to premium features as described on our pricing page. Features and pricing are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
• Payment will be charged to your payment method on the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

6.4 Free Trial

We may offer free trials for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. We will notify you before charging.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlphaBee and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Any investment or trading decisions you make
• Any content you submit or transmit through the service

9. Intellectual Property

The service, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, design, graphics, and trademarks (excluding third-party content), is owned by AlphaBee and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on the service
• Reverse engineer any aspect of the service

10. Privacy

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at alphabeelabs@protonmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to working in good faith to resolve disputes.

11.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AlphaBee regarding the service.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

12.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the service and close your account.
